Tampa’s Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel graciously hosted us for Fresh Harvest’s Champagne Brunch.

The first Sunday of the month is dedicated to my Mom’s Brunch with my friends. We hold this spot in our busy calendars so that we can get together to reconnect, gossip, drink some great cocktails, and stuff ourselves silly with some awesome food.

We recently enjoyed brunching at Fresh Harvest. The premier buffet spot in the Seminole Heard Rock Casino and Hotel is the perfect spot for brunch. It has something for everyone so it’s great for a crowd. You can kick off a day at the casino by enjoying brunch at Fresh Harvest. Or you can end your weekend stay at the hotel with a scrumptious brunch. It might just help you nurse that hangover while you celebrate your winnings. TAMPA, Fla. (May 31, 2017) – Fresh Harvest at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is now offering a champagne brunch on Sundays.

Featuring seven live action cooking stations, the restaurant will now provide bottomless champagne, mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar to go along with a wide selection of brunch amenities.

Egg lovers can start with the traditional eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, or made-to-order omelet. The brunch lineup also includes classic favorites such as buttermilk pancakes, French toast, smoked bacon & sausage, cheesy grits and corned beef hash.

Home style flavors include southern fried chicken, BBQ glazed smoked ribs and burger sliders. Guests can also feast from the Mongolian Grill to dim sum, prime rib or create their own pasta.

Additionally, there’s an ice cream sundae bar and a wide range of delectable desserts.

Fresh Harvest is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Sunday brunch and the cost is $29 per person.
